1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. Here's how cancellations work at Devkeys:
Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped—whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@devkeys.co.in with your order number.After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange (see below).
2. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged.
Exchanges are only allowed for size or defective items (if available in stock).
Return Process:
Email us at support@devkeys.co.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Ship the item back to the provided address using a trackable service.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email and well credit the refund into the customers bank account within 7 days.If approved we'll provide a replacement for the damage product /Exchange product within 7 days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In the case of prepaid orders canceled before shipping, full refunds will be issued.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll prioritize replacements or refunds in such cases at no extra cost.
