1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at support@devkeys.co.in.

2. Shipping Time

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time (India): We'll deliver the product with in 3 to 7 days
Delivery Time (Remote Areas): 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, strikes, natural delays).

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹100 or Free
Express Shipping (if available): ₹200

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using this number.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If you are unavailable, they may contact you or mark the package as undeliverable. In such cases:

The order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping may require an additional charge.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Devkeys is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address or incomplete information.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

In case of visible damage, we recommend taking photos and refusing the delivery if possible.
